Chilean Patagonia is still a dream destination where you will find pleasant days, a quiet place with a lodge on the banks of the Baker river and where you can enjoy fishing and recreation.
The Baker River is located south of Chile, specifically in the Aisén region, has an exceptional territory heterogeneity, environmental quality, social, and territorial waters sysuems that constitute it.
The river was named after Admiral Sir Thomas Baker, Head of the British fleet in the South Pacific and rises in the southern end of Lago Bertrand, southwest of Lake General Carrera, with a total length of 370 km, from the Lake General Carrera, the second largest in South America.
In an unpolluted atmosphere, diferents species distributed thoughout the regional drainage system, a unique experience in southern Chile. This river probably is bestowed with the best conditions for rainbow trout of about 3 kg.
The Lodge also offers hiking and horseback rides throughout the Baker River watershed and Lake General Carrera.
